Studio Louvain features ample natural light throughout the day, with direct sun the in morning, and soft indirect light for the rest of the day. The large windows offer a beautiful side light that is enhanced by the fresh white paint of the walls and ceilings.
Access is easy, with parking available on rue de Louvain, or in several paid lots nearby. The freight elevator is directly beside the studio door and offers very easy access to the loading dock in the front of the building.
Our studio is a simple space, with no plumbing. A small kitchenette is available with oven, fridge, water cooler and coffee machine. Bathrooms are located in the hallway.
